The promos of Rahul Bose's horror film Fired seem to have run into trouble with the Censor board, and have been deemed inappropriate to be aired on Indian TV.
Reason: there was too much blood and gore as well as nudity in a scene between Rahul and British model Militza Radmilovic. According to Cable television Network (Regulation) Act, TV promos with an 'A' certificate cannot be aired on any Indian channel.
The producers were asked to remove nudity and tone down the violent scenes. Even after that they were informed that the promos still deserved 'A'! Bose feels the Censor Board has forgotten to take things in the right context.
